Psychometric Testing

We are able to offer our clients a comprehensive range of psychometric testing services through an affiliate organisation. The battery of tests used have been developed by Psytech International, a leading developer of psychometric tests and employee assessment software. These tests have proven to be highly valid and reliable predictors of behaviour.

Psychometric testing services can be offered to you as part of a recruitment assessment and selection assignment that we may be engaged to conduct on your behalf. Similarly, our tests are available to assist you on an internal selection process that you may be conducting.

Psychometric testing may also be useful when developing strategies for induction, training, performance management, retention, succession planning and career development for existing employees. We can arrange various combinations of tests to suit our clients' needs.
A typical battery of tests for an executive appointment, which would normally take between 90 minutes and 2 hours to complete, would be:
  1. Intellectual Reasoning and Ability tests including verbal, numeric and abstract reasoning.
  2. Occupational Interests Profile which provides a comprehensive assessment of vocational interest and motivational factors.
  3. Personality Profile (15FQ+) which provides an assessment of personality.
