Aspen Recruitment has an extensive “Knowledge bank” of candidates built from the Directors’ many years of experience in the employment market.
Naturally many of these people are not immediately available as they are currently in rewarding employment. Others advise us on a regular basis of their thoughts regarding change in employment.
Because Aspen Recruitment does interview a comparatively high percentage of our applicants, a large proportion of the resumes on our database are from people who are known to us personally, rather than having been received electronically and entered by a software program with little or no human involvement.
Aspen Recruitment’s database is not available to employers who simply want us to “put people forward.” We undertake a rigorous and thorough selection process of all candidates for all assignments.
